~Having a purpose for our endurance, the process to the outcome becomes obtainable~
I just completed my first 31 days in a 90-day challenge called “Last 90 Days” with Rachel & Dave Hollis. I made it 31 days with no coffee. So, what gave me the endurance to follow through? I had a purpose to complete something that I knew would be a challenge, but it was worth that sacrifice. Because I cut coffee out completely, I took away any temptation to have it.
