Today’s thoughts are by Julie Wicker

‭‭Daniel‬ ‭6‬:‭26‬-‭27‬ ‭NIV‬‬ — I issue a decree that in every part of my kingdom people must fear and reverence the God of Daniel. “For he is the living God and he endures forever; his kingdom will not be destroyed, his dominion will never end. He rescues and he saves; he performs signs and wonders in the heavens and on the earth. He has rescued Daniel from the power of the lions.”

Do you want to sleep like Daniel, even in a lion’s den? God is in the rescuing business. We read in verse 27 that He rescues, saves, performs signs and wonders.

Remember that you are just as valuable as Daniel. God wants to save you from the mouths of lions. Let’s finish the week by surrendering to God through worship with That’s Who I Praise by Brandon Lake.

Let’s pray. Dear God, thank You for valuing me just as much as You did Daniel. I praise You and Your signs and wonders. I surrender to Your perfect will. In Jesus’s name I pray, Amen.
