Deborah is a writer for Water Walkers. She has a bachelor degree in Elementary Education, a masters degree in Early Childhood Education, and is National Board Certified. Deborah’s primary job is Instructional Coach at Pleasant Hill Elementary School in Georgetown County School District. She is a wife, mother, and #1 sports fan of her son and daughter. Her life verse is, Isaiah 40:31 “but they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.”

Ray provides photographs for Water Walkers. He is a military veteran with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communications and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. His wonderful daughter and son-in-law have provided him two precious grandchildren. He is active at Pawleys Island Community Church where he serves on the online Stream Team. His life verse is 1 Corinthians 1:18 (New International Version): “For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God.”

Julie is a writer for Water Walkers. She has an associates degree in Business Administration. Her primary job is the Benefits Specialist at Georgetown County School District. More importantly she is a wife and mother of twins. Passions include reading and running. Her life verse, Philippians 1:6; “being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.”
