What does praise mean? To express warm approval or admiration of; To express one’s respect and gratitude toward (a deity), especially in song.
If you have been following Kodi Lee on America’s Got Talent, you will have witnessed something amazing. Kodi has a natural ability to sing and play the piano. To hear him and see him at the piano you would never know that he is Autistic and blind.

You may have noticed his mom who guides him in and out for every performance. She whispers in his ear, she encourages him before and after every performance. I picture the Holy Spirit guiding us and whispering praises in our ear before, during, and after everything we do, just like this woman does for her son.
At times we may think He is not with us but remember when He was first risen from the tomb, two travelers found Him unexpectedly on the road to Emmaus; Luke 24:30-31 “When he was at the table with them, he took bread, gave thanks, broke it and began to give it to them. Their eyes were opened and they recognized him, and he disappeared from their sight”.
He is our biggest supporter, remember the story of Martha and Mary, in Luke 10: 42-43 Mary was praised for sitting at her father’s feet instead of being busy tending to her preparations.
He calls us out of our comfort zones, just like he did in Matt 14:29 when he calls Peter out of the boat to walk on water. How many times do we as parents and mentors encourage each other to push through?
Just like the Samaritan woman in John chapter 4, he offers us living water no matter what our status is.
And one of my favorite messages in Matthew chapter 18, he would leave the 99 for you!
How can we in turn show our love back to God?
Through adoration and praise. What does adoration mean? A deep love and respect.
Psalm 86:12 “I will praise you, Lord my God, with all my hart; I will glorify your name forever”.
