Who is your tribe? What do I mean by tribe? Your circle of family and friends you surround yourself with. We have some great family lineage, since we know that Jesus was the tribe of Judah. In Revelation 5:5; “Do not weep. See the lion of the tribe of Judah, the Rood of David, has triumphed. He is able to open the scroll & Its seven seals”.

We have been talking about boundaries this week. I want you to think about who you allow into your boundaries? God wants us to flourish in his church for him and His kingdom. Flourish means to grow in a healthy way, especially as a result of a favorable environment. The amazing thing is we are the church. In the bible we read, Psalm 92: 12-13; “The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lord, they will flourish in the courts of our God”. Not just on the sabbath day but all week long we need to be planted in His word and surrounded by His people, our tribe.
Just like a tree needs to be rooted in proper soil, watered, and cared for. We need to be rooted with God’s word and a good tribe otherwise we can’t flourish where God has planted us.
